I'm Sharon Radcliffe, I am the Academy community pioneer for Co-op Academy Delius.

I am a dedicated community advocate with extensive experience supporting diverse communities across Bradford.

I have been a Co-op Member Pioneer for several years, building a good understanding of the voluntary sector and groups in communities.

I previously worked in the care sector with adults and older people. I will be working 2 days a week at Co-op Academy Delius and Co-op Academy Princeville.
