A frosty ‘Stay and Play’

A frosty ‘Stay and Play’

EYFS had their first ‘Stay and Play’ session of the year, with a focus on ‘Brrrr Explore the cold’ #12 of the 50 Things to do before you’re 5.

The children explored ice paints, moving the ice around the paper to create colourful art work.

They made snowflakes out of different textures such as cotton wool and ribbon, and used tools to make a collage.

And had so much fun making snow by exploring shaving foam and glitter with their hands and feet.

But the best part was when the snow started to fall outside and we could feel it for real!
